Anonymous Asked:
what did you do in Vermont?
My answer:we partied at the Holiday Innnnn.
just kidding.
a friend needed her car fixed & the job was gonna cost half as much at this dealership in VT that she knew of so she made a trip out of it with me and two other girls. we stayed in a hotel and had booty popping parties and went shopping and out to dinner and it was absolutely wonderful. :)

May 30, 1995 - After going 0-for-6 to start his major league career, Derek Jeter picked up his first hit in the fifth inning of his second major league game, at Seattle’s Kingdome.
Jeter led off the inning with a ground-ball single through the shortstop hole off the Mariners’ Tim Belcher and ultimately came around to score his first run. He singled and scored in his next at-bat as well.
17 years later, Derek Jeter is currently 14th in MLB history all time hits at 3,158.

a small road trip to Vermont with some good friends and I learned three things:
1. finding genuine people in this world is not easy and I am so happy I’ve finally found some.
2. there’s a never-ending supply of ignorant people in this world.
3. there are not many black people in Vermont.

Panic begins to set in. I can’t stay here. Flight is essential… but I can’t let my fear show.
